Hog Outlook: Retail Pork Demand Higher

US - Pork demand at the retail level was four per cent higher this July than last, the fifth consecutive that was higher than a year ago. Export demand for pork was up 6.5 per cent compared to July 2012. This was the third consecutive up month, write Ron Plain and Scott Brown, University of Missouri.
