Not everyone has a modern internet or mobile plan. Generally, people don't have a faster interent or mobile plan due to either living in an area where the plans don't reach, or because a modern service can be too expensive. Some of us who can afford a modern mobile plan still can't afford the upgrade to 4G speeds. FreedomPop announced it will be offering a free, no-contract 4G data, voice, and text plan. How in the world can it do that?
