Available for AC and DC power sources, HGD-2000 monitors hydrogen gas buildup in storage rooms and facilities that house batteries. If concentration of hydrogen in air surrounding sensor reaches 1% by volume, yellow LED illuminates and 1% internal relay closes; 4 sec delay prevents false activation. If concentration reaches 2%, red LED flashes, internal 80 db warning alarm sounds, and 2% internal relay closes.
