Able to run IEC 61131-3 programming languages such as ladder diagram or structured text, PLC-programmable SuperIOr Controller can be integrated via Ethernet or EtherCAT. Unit consists of Master Controller Module providing precise coordination of up to 16 configurable Remote I/O Modules distributed throughout tool. Any RIM can be located up to 250 cable ft away from MCM. Up to 1,000 mixed-signal inputs and outputs can be simultaneously monitored at scan rate up to 8 kHz.
