Job Description As an IT Assistant you will collaborate with the AST team and help with all computer needs.Overlook Accounts and Support the IT Manager with the selection ordering of hardware and software.Advising on system requirements, software, hardware, networks, suppliers, email, software setup, internet etc.Identify functional and nonfunctional requirements of IT solutions.This is a position that takes energy, enthusiasm, and passion. It takes an understanding of IT technology and the ability to work with different nationalities. Required Experience and skills Experience in IT Hardware and Software Installation of Desktops Notebooks, repairs, debugging of main programs and OS Ability to work autonomously and to solve problems Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or similar course of studies Some experience in Networking and Server tasks Ability to work in a team Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken all the software is in English and most Team is international Good knowledge of German High Motivation, commitment and independent method of operation Desired Experience Knowledge of PCHardware Online Services where to buy Extensive experience in the installation and maintenance of Microsoft operating systems and applications would be appreciated Programming experience would be useful but not essential Wage The compensation will be 911 hour, for 1220 hours a week. Working time is flexible to be agreed with the IT Manager Contract The contract will be for a student position Werkstudent. The first contract will be for 6 months, renewable an indefinite number of times, subject to the satisfaction of the IT Manager.
