Vice President Joe Biden will discuss the importance of workforce development and company job-training programs at an Oakland PG&E center this morning. Biden arrived in the Bay Area on Thursday, stopping first in San Francisco, where he joined House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi that night for a fundraiser supporting Democrats' upcoming congressional campaigns.
