Judge sides with Exxon Mobil on gas spill cleanup in Queens

A judge said there's not enough evidence to show that the gas spill under this building in Long Island City is in danger of exploding. A federal judge is not convinced that the methane gas leaking from waste oil underneath a Queens building is a ticking time bomb ready to explode.
