American Association of Port Authorities, Alexandria, Va. Jim Quinn ,president and CEO of Port Saint John, was elected chairman of the board for the 2015-16 activity year.Having served in leadership positions for more than 30 years in the marine and public sectors of Canada, Quinn was appointed president and CEO of the Saint John Port Authority in September 2010.
