Kellogg facility: 1.1M square feet, 100 jobs Largest initial construction of any facility set to make history in Madison County Check out this story on jacksonsun.com: http://www.jacksonsun.com/story/money/business/2014/11/12/kellogg-facility-m-square-feet-jobs/18946451/ The Industrial Development Board of the City of Jackson granted approval Wednesday for tax incentives for the benefit of Kellogg Sales Company and Panattoni Development Company for the construction of a 1.1 million-square-foot warehouse facility at Airport Industrial Park. Panattoni, Newport Beach, Calif., was selected by Kellogg among several national developers to develop the 134-acre parcel of land south of Young Touchstone on Smith Lane.
