The Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco and Grain Millers union is being asked by Kellogg to reconsider the MOA it voted against in December, 2014 Kellogg Company says it will 'have no choice' but to close at least one US cereal plant if union members refuse to reconsider a Memorandum of Agreement issued on employment terms. The cereal major has been locked in lengthy battles with the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco and Grain Millers union over worker rights and contracts at various cereal plants across the US, including Memphis and Omaha.
