(Telecompaper) The Kyrgyzstan State Property Management Fund has completed an auction to allocate three 10 MHz blocks of mobile spectrum, reports Tazabek. The auction has been carried out in three lots, 806-811 MHz/847-852 MHz, 811-816 MHz/852-857 MHz and 816-821 MHz/857-862 MHz bands were offered for an initial price of KGS 238.803 million per band. Mobile operators Nur Telecom, working under the O! brand, Sky Mobile, working under the Beeline Kyrgyzstan brand, and Alfa Telecom, working under the Megacom brand, received the bands. The final price totaled KGS 298.8 million per band. The operators will be able to use the spectrum to provide LTE services.
