Job roleAssist Building materials Operations Manager and Business Development manager in selling company good'sReceive customer enquiries by fax, emails, phone calls or visitPrepare quotation for all queries received Prepare RFQs and Purchase orders to be sent to suppliers for required materialsReceive sales orders, log it and ensure the follow upCoordinate with store staff for deliveryEnsure that invoices and delivery note are submitted to customer accordingly Prepare expense report and monthly sales reportsMaintain good business relationship with customers and suppliersPerform additional work as required by operations Management - Controls, manages, and improves,processes of the services workshop including all activities starting from the reception of repair to the maintenance process, estimations and finally delivery of the parts to customer .
