Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme (LGS), the Latvian air navigation service provider, is introducing DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung's Mode S Interrogator Code Conflict Alerter (MICCA), which detects and displays Mode S target acquisition problems in real time.
