Key Tasks Carry out assembly tasks on flight grade space hardware Review assembly methodology and approach, identifying potential process improvements Generate and validate process documentation as required for both project and development work Provide technical support to engineering and product assurance PA Complete assigned tasks within schedule requirements Provide input at design review stage and MRRs Manufacturing readiness reviews Participate in daily team meetings Essential Skills ESA Qualified to ECSSQST7038C 7008C and IPCA610 Experienced in assembly tasks on flight grade space hardware, both mechanical and electronic Experienced in the application of flight epoxies Basic computer literacy PersonalityMotivation Able to work alone or as part of a team Approachable Comfortable communicating across multiple departments at all levels Flexible approach to changing priorities Meticulous record keeper Positive approach to overtime Desirable Familiar with SAP Thermal compression bonding Machine shop experience
