Legacy's Board of Directors has formed a Special Committee of the Board comprised of Jim Bertram , Aidan Walsh and Randal Brockway, all of whom are independent directors. The Special Committee has been given a mandate from the Board to engage with FrontFour, and the Special Committee has reached out to FrontFour with the intent of working toward a constructive resolution.
