Combining state capture speed of 4 Gbps with ability to capture data on eye openings as small as 100 ps by 100 mV, U4154B can be used to validate simultaneous read and write DDR4 traffic across all byte lanes captured from DDR4 DIMM operating at data rates of >2.5 Gbps. State-mode logic analyzer merges 3 modules with data capture, triggering, and various validation and performance tools to help memory design engineers accelerate turn-on and debugging of DDR2/3/4 and LPDDR2/3/4 memory systems.
