Loomis announces SEK1.0bn bond issue; Signs loan agreement of SEK700m with Nordic Investment Bank

Loomis AB , a provider of cash handling solutions, announced on Thursday that its bond issue of SEK1.0bn has been over subscribed. These bonds are split into two tranches, fixed and floating, and have a five year maturity with the maturity date 18 December 2019.
