Back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present, while leakage of <10 nA at MAX VRWM preserves battery life and signal integrity. Dynamic resistance is 0.7 Ω, and ESD capability is ±20 kV contact discharge.
