Lufthansa lifts outlook after strong summer

Deutsche Lufthansa AG on Thursday raised its full-year earnings outlook after strong summer bookings and low fuel prices lifted net profit 41% for the third quarter. Net profit was EUR794 million compared with EUR561 million in the year-prior period, Germany's largest airline said.
