Main St. closed for East bound traffic between 7A to 11A.At Neil and Church Buses will use Neil to University to Illinois Terminal.Passengers should board at Illinois Terminal during this time for 1 Yellow South and 2 Red U and passengers can use Neil and Church S.W. corner  for 9A, 3S Lavender.
