For Astrium Space Transportations in Bremen within the area Vehicle Engineering for the department TEB11 Mechanical Engineering we are looking for a Mechanical System Engineer mf. Leading mechanical systems engineering tasks for assemblies in the context of the ATV project and following projects Preparing and following up requirements and specifications Ensuring load definition Lastannahmen Ensuring progress of analytical and numerical tools and procedures for static and dynamic analyses Defining mechanical development and qualification logic Coordinating mechanical analyses Supervising the analyses and performing tradeoff Supporting development and production planning Ensuring work planning and resource planning Supporting verification plan and qualification plan Providing control and guidance to project progress from mechanical point of view Preparing the relevant documents Representing all mechanical aspects within the project and to the relevant customers and partners Preparing proposals Defining content and estimating costs Engineer degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering or similar Indepth knowledge of structural mechanics and mechanisms Indepth knowledge of leading projects from mechanical point of view as lead engineer Experience in leading teams Considerable analytical skills as well as soft skills Ability to present the archived results to the costumer Negotiation level in English and German, French would be a plus TO APPLY click here
