Mercator, a leading provider of solutions to the global travel, transportation, and logistics industry, backed by a leading global private equity firm focused on growth investing, Warburg Pincus, today announced that it has acquired Catapult International, a technology-enabled solutions provider for freight forwarders, shippers, and carriers worldwide. Catapult will retain its management and brand under its new name: Catapult, a Mercator company.
