Millicom terminates Telefónica Costa Rica purchase agreement

Millicom International Cellular has announced that it has exercised its right to terminate the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of Telefónicas operating subsidiary in Costa Rica in accordance with the terms of the SPA.
