N.C. regulators approve $45M in bill credits for Piedmont Natural Gas customers

Piedmont Natural Gas residential customers in North Carolina will see an average $35 credit on the April bills after the N.C. Utilities Commission approved the one-time rebate to customers on Monday. Piedmont proposed the credit last month.
