NTSB released preliminary agenda for flight data recorder and aircraft locator technology forum. To be held in Washington, D.C. on October 7, Emerging Flight Data and Locator Technology will focus on highlighting currently effective technologies, exploring technologies in development, and determining what policy/industry/technological impediments need to be addressed. Forum panelists will include those with expertise in development, implementation, and deployment of such technologies.
