NTT Com to buy data centre operator e-shelter

(Telecompaper) NTT Communications (NTT Com), the ICT services and international communications business within the NTT Group, has agreed to acquire 86.7 percent of German data centre operator e-shelter. NTT Com claims the e-shelter purchase will propel the NTT Com group into the number 3 position for data centre space in Europe. No financial details related to the acquisition have been disclosed.
