NTT Data Inc. has agreed to acquire Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group , a business and technology consulting firm that focuses on the financial services industry. The acquisition, expected to close within the next quarter, is expected to expand and strengthen NTT Data's consulting and IT services with financial institutions in North America and around the world.
