Neiman Marcus fills key C-suite job with footwear executive

Neiman Marcus Group longtime top executive Jim Skinner is moving into a newly created job of vice chairman at the Dallas-based luxury retailer. Donald T. Grimes has been hired to succeed Skinner, 61, as executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
