Two Norfolk Southern insiders including the top executive unloaded some holdings as shares rolled on to an all-time high price, exercising options and selling 145,013 shares for $15,534,545, an average of $107.13 each, on Sept. 2 and 3. Chief Executive and Chairman Charles W. Moorman exercised options and sold 122,983 Norfolk Southern shares for $13,159,359.
