Norfolk Southern Corp., the rail carrier whose tracks cross the southern widths of Lower Pottsgrove and Limerick townships and Pottstown borough, on Monday opened a new $97 million terminal in South Central Pennsylvania that it said contributes to a nationwide effort to create "a cleaner, more efficient way to move freight."
