Two business owners opposed to the Northern Pass project won't get to pursue their lawsuit against Public Service Company of New Hampshire. The co-owners of Owl's Nest Resort and Golf Club in Campton and Thornton in northern New Hampshire said news of the proposed a 187-mile electrical transmission line across the state hurt their business.
