Ofcom hits O2 with 10.5 million fine for overcharging

Ofcom has today concluded an investigation into claims that O2 had overcharged its customers, today fining the operator £10.5 million.   The investigation found that O2 had inadvertently overcharged over 250,000 customers between 2011 and 2019, with many customers being billed twice in the same month…read more on TotalTele.com »
