Oil & gas industry slowly making a comeback

Many residents are happy to see low gas prices, but officials from the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association say the industry is far from being "out of the water". The association says lower gas prices have led to layoffs in the oil and gas industry leaving 6,000 people out of work state-wide.
