For our activities in ESOC, we are currently seeking a specialist to procure engineering support services related to the ongoing modernisation of the Operations Control Centre OCC, and all specific OCC ancillary systems e.g. Intercom, Video Distribution Systems, Booking Systems, etc.. Tasks The tasks to be carried out by the service provider are in particular Technical support related to the OCC evolution o Support OCC Engineering Studies o Finalise System User Requirement for the new OCC Systems o Finalise Statement of Work for the specifications for new OCC ancillary systems o Finalise concept document of evolution of OCC Systems o Finalise architectural baseline documents o Finalise implementation plans o Conduct Market surveys o Support the tests and integrations of external systems within the OCC o Support new OCC ancillary Systems deployment as required. Liaise with ESOC Internal services for development of interfaces to OCC ancillary systems e.g. Network management, IT Infrastructure, Site, etc. as required by engineering activities Support to technical coordination minutes of coordination meetings, maintain of corresponding databases, project plans. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Sound technical understanding of the ancillary OCC systems e.g. Intercom, Video Distribution Systems, Booking Systems, etc. Experience in activities applicable to missions operations support within the OCC Fluency in English, both in speech and writing Coordinate and interact with other services at ESOC Selfstarter, able to work independently with little or no supervision Elementary understanding of OCC operations would be an asset. Desirable Proactive and confident personality with good persuasive skills Teamplayer, able to interface with technical and management personnel Background in test procedures, equipment and tools Wellorganised, able to prioritise and manage several tasks in parallel.
