This is an opportunity for an experienced engineer to work in the domain of satellite operations operations preparations, to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities Duties The candidate will be responsible for the generation of spacecraft user manuals and for streamlining the generation of system procedures for the satellite subsystems He or she will be in charge of the generation, review and validation of Flight Control Procedures. Qualifications Experience University or similar degree in aerospace, electronics or physics Minimum of 3 years experiences of satellite operations and preparation andor satellite AIV. Essential Skills Excellent knowledge of at least one of the following satellite subsystems On Board Data Handling Payload AOCS Electric Power Thermal Control Good knowledge of MOIS, SCOS, SC Simulators, SC functional models and SC Engineering models Familiarity with satellite security subsystems Fluency in English, both in speech and writing Ability to work autonomously according to high level guidelines Able to interface with technical and management personnel, proactive and confident personality Initially based in Bremen, this position requires relocation after 12 18 months to MunichGE or Fucino IT. The willingness to work abroad in a subsequent phase is an advantage. You must be eligible to live and work in the EU, the acquisition of a security clearance is mandatory for this position.
