Designed to fit current platform for Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 1500 (2014), PL8140 provides secure, remote locking option to factory tailgate lock. Design works with factory manual tailgate lock and uses existing key fob to lock tailgate when user locks passenger doors. Promoting convenience, product allows operators to use truck key or keyless entry system.
