This stainless steel, straight running, plastic belt conveyor features adjustable pneumatic actuated guide rails, or RCO (Rapid Change Over) Rail, that can be triggered narrow or wider based on width of products. Double high traffic clamp, which halts production at operator's demand, can be open and closed while product is in motion as well as closed prior to products arrival to that point of conveyor.
