TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Depending on the area of assignment, the trainee will be expected to carry out a subset of the following duties Assist the department in its daily activities, including participation in internal andor external meetings Compilation of reports, documents and presentations under supervision Development of measures and indicators under supervision Follow up of interactions with the European Commission concerning reporting Undertake of small process development tasks with implementation of adhoc tools under supervision Support the project control activities for the programme managed by the Agency with specific reference to the area of budget, cost, risk, schedule, etc. Support the cost engineering activities with specific reference to the area of data management, cost analysis, benchmarking, etc. Assist the review of payment applications and verification of compliance to contractual baseline and other contract management actions Provide administrative support archiving, document management, data entry and processing, organising meetings etc. Support adhoc tasks as required.
