Ajilon Technology Aerospace is looking for a Project Controller M3 for an opportunity at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands Specific tasks to be performed The postholder will be assigned to the Resource Management Office of the Directorate of Technical and Quality Management DTEC and will be responsible for Coordination and consolidation of multiyear workload andor workforce planning at competence level. Proactive workload andor workforce controlling, analysis and reporting. Interfacing with counterparts in other Directorates, such as programmeproject controllers, as well as within DTEC. Interfacing with Directorates line management in support of workloadworkforce issues. Facilitating the negotiations between the competency provider units and the corresponding counterparts in other Directorates. Analysis CentreRate evolution controlling. Proactively contributing to the definition, implementation and improvement of management support processes, methods and tools. Contributing to the multiyear performance assessment and specific analyses of the Directorate. Supporting colleagues in the team to ensure smooth operations and continuous high standard of service to internal and external customers. Specific Competence Requirements Candidates should possess excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to manage large and complex data sets. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be client focussed. They should have proven ability to work autonomously, whilst being a cooperative team player in a diverse and international team. General tasks to be performed Responsible of the coordination of staff workforce planning Staff and Contractors, forecasting and monitoring including recruitments, arrivals and departures in terms of quantity and quality versus related targets and provision of related reporting and analysis, including competence map, onsite offsite workforce, etc. interfacing relevant counterparts in complete autonomy. Ensuring that all routine operations of the office Timesheet, monthly reporting, support to recharges are implemented timely and with adequate level of quality and assisting Workload and Workforce Officer in management and prioritisation of the tasks of the office. In charge of YGTs and RF processes of the Directorate. Coordinator of all GSP request of TEC Support, in liaison with ESA Programs , ensuring that support provided and recharges operations are implemented in line with GSP requirements. Definition, in close coordination with Workload and Workforce Officer, of the processes in support to workloadworkforce management, coordination of the identification and consolidation of related DTEC level requirements, ensuring availability of appropriate documentation, followingup development of tools and coordinating BU level validation and acceptance thereof. Representing Workload and Workforce Officer in case of absences. To successfully perform the above mentioned tasks, the following background experience is required Masters in Engineering or equivalent or MBA or equivalent University degree from a recognised Institution of secondary studies or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Qualification andor experience in accounting andor financial controlling is an asset.
