Rappler: Last September, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon invited world leaders to a climate summit in New York where they were met by hundreds of thousands of people marching on the city streets. Along with parallel marches in major cities all over the globe, they called for countries to act on the climate crisis at hand.
