Quanta Services, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its fiber optic licensing operations to Crown Castle International Corp. for approximately $1 billion in cash. The transaction is subject to various regulatory approvals and other customary conditions prior to closing, but is expected to close by the end of this year.
