North Greeley business owners are dealing with less traffic on the street and in their stores this week, having been hit off guard with a major construction project that shut down their lifeblood. Business owners along north 8th Avenue and 3rd Street woke up to "road closed" signs and heavy construction equipment late last week and already have seen a massive disruption in business.
