Comprising 10 oscilloscopes ranging from 20–63 GHz, all of which are bandwidth-upgradable to 63 GHz, Infiniium Z-Series can be synchronized to measure up to 40 channels simultaneously. Units feature sufficient bandwidth to capture third harmonic on 28, 32, and 40 Gbps digital signals. In addition to capacitive touchscreen, oscilloscopes feature USB 3.0 offload speeds and RealEdge technology, which enables high-frequency capability while maintaining low noise and jitter measurement floors of 75 fs.
