Royal Host Inc. announced today that it will seek the approval of holders of its Series C 7.50% convertible unsecured subordinated debentures due September 30, 2018 to amend certain terms of such Series C Debentures at a serial meeting of the debenture holders to be held on January 6, 2014 .
