Catering to aircraft electrification, reliability, and fuel efficiency, Powermite1® MUPT transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode products protect electrical systems by going into avalanche breakdown after strike, clamping transient voltage, and routing current to ground. These single-channel, 2 mm² x 1 mm devices, available in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, are rated from 5–48 V, withstand 10/1,000 µsec pulse, and offer peak pulse power rating of 150 W at 10/1,000 µsec.
