Major U.S. corporations are attempting to influence the outcome of the current case before the U.S. Supreme Court, including prominent Omaha employers. Both ConAgra Foods and First Data joined more than 300 other companies, including Delta Airlines and Starbucks, to sign an amicus brief, which can be submitted by any individual or group in an attempt to help shape the opinion of the Supreme Court Justices.
