Ajilon Technology Aerospace is looking for a Satellite and Ground Operations Engineer for an opportunity at OHB System AG in Bremen, Germany. Ajilon is a longstanding business partner of the European Space Agency ESA, with more than 100 employees recruited from across Europe currently supporting ESAs activities. General tasks to be performed Elaboration of Satellite Operational Concepts Coordination and tradeoff requirements for mission with Systems Engineering incorporating operability requirements Flowdown of requirements for Ground Segment Operations Development Operations DDV Operational Test planning and satellite operations training Operations execution Development of Ground Systems Concepts Interface Management to Suppliers for e.g. ground support tools, Subcontractors e.g. service contracts for LEOP, ground stations and to the Space Segment Team Production of Operation Handbooks Production and validation of Flight Procedures Support engineering of the SC simulator Generation of Specifications e.g. Satellite to Ground station interface, Simulators Support for project proposal generation To successfully perform the above mentioned tasks, the following background experience is required University degree MSc, as well as 5 years or more experience with satellite operations or similar. Fluent in English working language, German would be an advantage Experience and knowledge of DOORS, SCOS, ECSS would be an asset.
