Scott Key out as Ihs Ceo; exit was 'personal in nature'

Scott Key , who's served as CEO of Douglas County-based IHS Inc. for the past two years, has resigned, effective immediately. Key, who's been with the global information and analysis firm for 12 years, was replaced by board chairman Jerre Stead .
