Australian Broadcasting Corporation: An annual assessment of the world's climate has found that sea levels, ocean temperatures and greenhouse gases have hit record highs last year.
The report by the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration examined contributions from hundreds of scientists in 58 countries.
