Polyurethane elastomer seal, integrating seamlessly with anodized aluminum housing, resists chemicals, extreme temperatures, and wear. Linear motor stage configurations achieve accuracies of ±4 µm per meter of travel, while ballscrew models achieve accuracies of ±10 µm per meter of travel.
