Offering standard travel lengths from 100–1,000 mm, SLS Stages feature lip seal design that keeps debris, particulate, and liquid contaminants from gumming up internal drive and bearing components. Polyurethane elastomer seal, integrating seamlessly with anodized aluminum housing, resists chemicals, extreme temperatures, and wear. Linear motor stage configurations achieve accuracies of ±4 µm per meter of travel, while ballscrew models achieve accuracies of ±10 µm per meter of travel.
